Achieved "Silver Certification" as a Health-Conscious Company
Benichu Steel Inc. implemented the Health-Conscious Company Declaration on August 1, 2025. Since then, we have been promoting health management initiatives aimed at improving the well-being of our employees, and on June 9, 2026, we obtained the "Silver Certification" as a Health-Conscious Company.

The Health-Conscious Company Declaration is a certification system implemented by the Japan Health Insurance Association, in which companies declare their commitment to systematically promote employee health and aim to obtain either "Silver Certification" or "Gold Certification.

We will continue to promote a workplace where each employee can work in good physical and mental health and will strive to further enhance our health management initiatives.
