We conduct our selection based on the personal charactors, without focusing on specific undergraduate majors.
What types of positions are available?
We offer both General Positions and Regular Positions.
General Positions
These roles involve understanding all aspects of business operations and playing a key part in creating and expanding business models through actual marketing, sales activities, supply chain management, and more. Assignments are nationwide, and there is a possibility of being transferred as needed.
Regular Positions
These roles involve collaborating with General Positions to provide essential customer service and back-office functions that enhance customer satisfaction. Assignments are limited to the region where you are hired, and transfers are not required.

Selection processes are often held in Tokyo or Osaka, Japan.

Assignments are generally determined based on suitability.
Are there transfers?
The frequency varies depending on circumstances, but there is a possibility of being transferred for General Positions occur as a part of necessary rotations accompanying personnel changes.
What is a secondment?
A “secondment” means working at a client companies, MISI (=our parent company) , or group companies while remaining on the payroll of our company. Currently, some employees are gaining experience through secondments overseas.

Are there company dormitories or company housing?
We do not own company dormitories or company housing. However, if relocation is required due to a job transfer, company-leased housing may be provided. The same applies if relocation is required upon joining the company due to your assigned department.
